David offered engaging insights into the importance of non-verbal communication and how we can maximise our own skills. He captured the attendee's attention throughout with the utilisation of interactive polls and real-world examples to demonstrate how nonverbal communication can be observed in our everyday interactions.

Feedback from attendees demonstrated David's ability to spark intrigue and curiosity into nonverbal communication skills, enabling attendees to become more aware of their own perceptions and other's thoughts and feelings.
