About the Event

Rather than avoiding such encounters learn practical strategies from a world leading behavioural studies expert and come away with a concrete framework and strategies for making your next difficult conversation a success!

Who is this training for?
This training is for anyone who struggles to have a tough conversation or comes away with the feeling that you could not make your point or make yourself heard. Whether you are a beginner or expert you will benefit from this training, which is designed to take your conversation skills to the next level!
Who is the instructor?
Your instructor is Paul Ekman trainer and Joe Navarro Body Language Academy Program Manager and Senior Mentor David Stephens. David has been training individuals and companies from around the world in effective commumnication skills. He draws on his years of experience working in the fields of international relations and national security negotiations, where he developed important communication skills - especially designed to achieve success when negotiating difficult conversations.
What if I can't make the session?
The session will be recorded and all registered participants will have the opportunity to view the recording for up to a week after the event has been conducted.
What will the program cover?
During the online training we will cover:
- Understand the problem: Why are difficult conversation so perplexing for most people
- Understand the challenges and stragegies for working with difficult people
- Apply a practical framework for having difficult converstations
- Understand how nonverbal communication and body language can assist you in managing difficult conversations
- Practice your new skills to prepare you for your next difficult conversation

By the end of the training session you will have a concrete strategy for having your next difficult conversation and a practical approach to apply in a diverse range of different situations.
Following completion of the course, every participant will recieve a certificate noting their successful achievement.
